Hi Agnes, and Merry Christmas to you! You’re right about the relaxing side of things – the best thing about this time of year is doing as little as possible and not feeling guilty about it. Having said that, we should be allowed to do as little as possible at ANY time of year and not feel guilty about it. Hmmm, can I sense a new year’s resolution coming on?
I’m a big believer in being able to relax as much as I like whenever I can. Although I think in my case it’s laziness as much as than anything else!
