Normal travel pics? That’s not your way.

Hi Mark, I think I stopped trying any kind of ‘normal way’ – in terms of anything, really – around thirteen years old. And to think that up until that point I was a nice North Shore boy, who, a little regrettably, does still exist somewhere or other.

More to the point, I did enjoy working on the pics above: Hong Kong is a city on the brink of going bonkers – in a magical way – so it felt appropriate to go bonkers with the resultant holiday snaps.

Took me till 19 to stop the pretense of normalcy. And sounds great, bonkers in honkers (sorry, it was too obvious!)

Never lose the normal North Shore boy, I still use the alcoholic English boy from a broken home whenever I need him, it’s just that now I control him!

Despite all his fine – and expensive – upbringing, the North Shore boy is regrettably rather uncontrollable. He’s also still a little too fond of alliteration, it seems.
